There are a few things which are generally responsible for the endless spinning image you may be experiencing.  Most of them are related to older outdated software, or a network issue.

Local system issues can be related to:

1. Your login session has expired  (Common)
2. Browsers version Java versions and patches, etc. (Common)
3. System resources (if you have too many things open and your system is taxed) (Less common)

Network issues:

1. After hitting send, your browser tries to communicate with the server but the submission isn’t received – so the browser sits there and waits. (Rare)

How to proceed?

1. Please make sure you are logged in.   You may do this by refreshing the form page.  (unfortunately, you’ll lose the data which you’ve submitted). First, please make sure that all of the software on your system is up to date including both your web browser and operating system.  Older software may not be capable of processing all the logic and data in the form.
2. Please check to make sure all of your software is up to date.  If you are unable to do this, please ask your systems administrator for assistance.
3. Try another browser.  We have had a fair amount of success with Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox or Chrome – but they all seem to behave uniquely on different systems.

Here’s a tutorial provided by the University of Wisconsin-Madison that will show you how to clear your cache for virtually any browser.

If you have done all of the above and are still experiencing this issue, please contact us and we’ll have one of our support reps log into your system in an attempt to diagnose the problem.

Re: Doors with low profile sills

Please find the following warranty and testing information as it pertains to your above referenced order.

The intent of this letter is to advise you of the issues inherent to the use of low profile sills on exterior doors and bifold windows. WinDor doors with low profile sills include swing doors with ADA compliant sills, Bi-fold Doors and bifold windows with U channel or ADA compliant sills.

Due to the design of ADA compliant and low profile sills, door products with these sills do not carry a design pressure (DP) rating for air or water infiltration. Furthermore, because of the low profile sill design, these doors will not provide the same air, water or structural performance as doors with a standard sill height and design configuration and, therefore, are susceptible to air and water leakage and potential insect intrusion.

WinDor doors manufactured with ADA compliant and low profile sills carry a warranty only on the workmanship, hybrid panels and frame, painting if applicable and insulated glass as defined by the WinDor Limited Warranty dated 8/19/14. No warranty applies to product performance ratings.

There are a variety of design options you can incorporate into your building to help you deal with the potential air and water leakage issues inherent to the design of doors with low profile sills, please consult your local representative for suggestions.

In areas adjacent to the doors, do not specify flooring materials that may be susceptible to damage when exposed to weather such as hardwood or carpet.
